some stoichiometry to figure out the width size of the initial square based on given pattern gauge

12 st x (10 cm / 9 st) = (120 / 9 ) = 13.333 cm

tried a few needle sizes to get to it but the US 17’s are matching pretty well

going to make the scarf ver

super quick knit, finished hood part, just need to do the scarf ties tomorrow

probably going to brush it out a little for more halo after a wash and block

wove in ends, gave it a wash and block

superwash merino yarn bled a whole lot, good thing it’s not colorwork

grew quite a bit i think? looking super thin and net like…going to tumble dry low since the plymouth yarn label says that for care, hopefully it gives it back some more body

ended up fully drying it in the dryer on low and it looks a little better

decided to brush it out since the gauge is so loose - super soft when brushed out! no idea how this affects care tho lol
