Sock 1: Tied a string at the “2inches before toe” part, then decreased. Left last 20 stitches on holders before grafting and realized I needed to add about 4 more rows to be comfortable. So, worked on Sock 2 until at same point on Sock 1 as string. … Finished Sock 2, tried it on and put last 20 on holders. Ripped back Sock 1 to string, added 4 more rows, then worked decreases before grafting toes on both socks.

Patience worked and these socks are comfy!
