Pull up first stitch, pull up second stitch, YO pull through all 3 stitches on hook, ch1. Repeat. The ch1 after the last stitch counts for the turn.

On all succeeding rows, your second stitch pull up will be through the ch1 from the previous row. This keeps all your stitches perfectly aligned and allows you to see if you’ve forgotten the ch1. In that case, just fake the second pull up to return to your original stitch count without pulling back to the mistake.

Repeat until desired length.

SC around the border, making 3 in the corners. Then drop the pink and make scallops with the white only. I make scallops of 5DC over 3 SC, with slip stitch to anchor.
