Next time i will just do a crochet provisional cast on

weighs 180 grams

did 8 less rows on the front and back to create a shorter amscye

did the seeming three times to get it right

I had trouble understanding the bind off section at first but it makes sense now. The first stitch of the knit front and back doesnt get taken off the needles. It actually forms part of the 75 front sts (using the stitch count for the XS size)

So you kfb, k1, then pass ONLY the increased part of the stitch over the most recent knit 1. Then bind off 2 sts normally (knit 1, pass stitch over, knit 1, pass stitch over). When you knit 73 more sts, there is only 74sts, not 75. But when you do the next Kfb and knit 1 and pass the increase over, the first part of this Kfb will form the last stitch of the 75 sts for the back.
