My son and Heather took a vacation in New Zealand. I offered to make her something from New Zealand yarn as a memento of the trip. When they got back we went shopping on the internet and Heather picked this pattern and this yarn.

The lace weight yarn is thinner than the pattern calls for but worked up beautifully. I love this yarn. It is very soft and warm and works well with lace. The pattern is easy to follow and easy to read.
