This video teaches you how to make buttonholes, slip knot, cast on, knit, purl, stockinette stitch(stst), knit through the back, SKP(slip, knit, pass stitch over), p2tog(purl two together), bind off

Note: Instead of knitting in stockinette stitch for 2”, knit 1 row, purl 1 row, then bind off.

Then start the top ribbing(I used Katarzyna Tarasik pattern):
CO 20
row 1: k3, p2, k2, p2, k2, p2, k2, p2, k3
row 2: p3, k2, p2, k2, p2, k2, p2, k2, p3
make 2 buttonholes in row 4
knit as long as you need(approx. 76 rows). BO all sts.
sew in upper to booties where the buttonholes are overlapping.

-Worsted weight yarn(I used Patons Classic Wool-Petal Pink)
-Sizes 4 and 5 straight needles, Size 5 and 6 straight needles OR buy the Takumi needle set MY FAVORITE!!! Worth every penny, and you save $$$ because you can do everything with them!
-Tapestry needle
