Traditional, for sure. From Vogue Knitting ‘95, I wore and had this picture taken today! In my mind, this traditional vest continues to be modern as it is cropped to the waist. Also, one can dress it for today’s look. I love the way the argyle works its way through the bottom ribbing. Nice detailing around the armhole, too. Wooden buttons hand sewn on by splitting the yarn. One row buttonhole, ALWAYS! Your garment will never become opened until you want it opened. Ask for directions for the one row buttonhole, if interested.

Also, from VK ‘95, back to back, an argyle vest for the boyfriend (my husband!) We wanted to be twins. :)
