It’s a good thing Phillip the Cat doesn’t smoke, this V-neck vest is 100% acrylic. There’s a little detail, I cabled the body up to the “arms.” The construction is a little awkward — the neck rests high into the back. This compensates for the position of the front legs which are directly below the body.
