Restarted 11.23.2020 w/48 st CO.

This one has been snoozing for years. Picked back up in 2026. Finished half-done mitt and new mitt but then decided 07.27.2026 to frog and redo half-done mitt because not sure what CO I used.

German twisted CO 48 sts. 8 rnds 1x3 rib=~1”.

Thumb: BLCO 1 st in gap and then p/u 2 sts on either side from slack using this technique:

K2tog twice around st in the gap on Rnd 20 of hand chart to get back to 48 sts.

P/u 4 sts in the gap when picking up for thumb. Rnd 2 K2tog at end of rnd.

4 rnds ribbing at end for ~1/2”.

Soaked and laid out to dry. Did not block. Thumb holes may be too big.
