Squares joined into horizontal strips by whipstitching with tapestry needles. Strips joined using crochet hook G with slip stitch.

Stitches picked up around edge with US7. Accidentally purled first round, so first two rounds are stockinette. Then four rounds garter and bind off. Increased in all corners except starting corner - increased on each end and then sewed together in miter.
