ETA 2025-06-15: Designer has corrected chart. It's a beautiful lace pattern but the designer must have been confused when they made the chart. As written it would produce a garter body with reverse garter edges and that's not what the photos are showing at all.

Using ssssk instead of k4tbl

Mods

• slipping last st on all r with yarn in front,
• started with 3 r garter,
• only used the actual lace row and knit the rest of the 4-r repeat as stockinet with garter edges,
• ended with 4 r garter,
• no i-cord or tassel.
