I’ve had this gorgeous Casbah yarn in my stash for a good decade and it needs using, far too yummy to go to waste. My problem over the years has been that the two skeins don’t quite match - but I think I’ve found the perfect pattern to use it here - knitting with 2 strands plus a third of pale grey light fingering is giving me a fabric I like.

Think this is going to be a quick knit!

Edit - it was a quick knit, I finished most of the vest in a little more than 24 hours … and then had to wait a week for more of the pale grey yarn to arrive in the post to finish off the second armband! Wore it today and it’s deliciously soft and warm, I can see this getting a lot of wear - and it goes with nearly everything! Keen to knit this again very soon
