I switched between 2 different colour ways (19 & 20) instead of 3 for the first half of the project; staying in pattern, but just alternating between one and the other.

I decided to make the shawl much bigger than the original Nightshift - more like a blanket shawl - and so I knitted to the end of the first ball and then started adding other colours that I liked.

The beauty of knitting this with Noro Ito is that the colour mixing is done for you and to such great effect. It was mesmerizing knitting it.
