loved this one so much I had to immediately cast on another…(thanks, Andrea, for my new project name!)

this project will be my respite when this project has me feeling like jumping off a cliff…

buckden for the body ~ pendle for accent and maybe a 3-needle bindoff seam like pamyarnlove’s

project notes:

• the buckden colorway (light gray) is really nubby compared to all the other felted tweed colorways I’ve worked with ~ it’s thick and thin and not as evenly spun…I like it alot! it’s got a rustic look to it

• modifications: the only thing I did outside the pattern was my picot border ~ with a G hook, I single crocheted one for one stitch along the border for 3 stitches, then did a chain 3 picot…so single crochet 3, 3st picot, single crochet 3, 3st picot, etc…all the way around the outer unseamed edges and on the neckline, I just single crocheted into each edge stitch all the way around (no picot)

• used every bit of the 5 skeins for main color

• contrast picot edging used 11g of yarn
