super easy & sweet lace baby blanket ~ a great go-to quick gift idea ~ perfect

gift for Ryan & Tesia’s first baby due in September

have been wanting to knit one of these since watching fellow raveler Melissa ~ wynk ~ churn these out last year ~ very inspiring!!

project notes:

• after making this and this with this yarn I have just enough to make this blanket ~ hooray!

• started with 32” circular and harmony needles but the cord was too long and the needles too slippery so I switched to a 24” cord and my knitpicks sunstruck interchangeables since they seem to have a little bit more friction than the harmony set do

• finished weight is 190.5g

• unblocked : 22”long x 25.5”wide

• blocked : 28”long x 32”wide

• I think I’ll go down to a US8 next time I make this
