working with yarn held double ~ I’ve used this yarn once before ~ it’s so soft and squishy and lacework blocks well, so it should be good for this project

the variegated colors are just like squash ~ golden yellow, pumpkin orange, a greenish blue gray and brown…just lovely together

project notes:

• longtail cast on

• I did 21 full chart repeats and then was short on yarn so did another 1/2 chart (rows 1 - 8) before casting off

• used my favorite stretchy bind off (k1, k1, slide both stitches back to left needle, k2tog through back loop, slide stitch on right needle back to left needle & k2tog through back loop, repeat til end)

• unblocked measurements : 44” long x 9” wide

• blocked measurements : 65” long x 13” wide
