Wohoo… new testknit for Natasja…
Amsterdam is a crescent shaped shawl that is worked from the top down starting with a classic garter tab. The body of the shawl is mainly worked using the mosaic technique interlaced with other stitch patterns that are all carefully described in the pattern.

My yarn choice is plantbased handdyed by Maibellspflanzenfarben, Pollys… 60 % Polwarth, 20 % Seide, 20 % Yak

I made a mistake and knitted the second tulip part from the wrong chart … after a few undecided days I went back and reknit…
aaaand… off the needles, just in time

Although I wasn’t thrilled at first with my colorchoice, now I’m more than happy with my soft and delicate colored shawl

After blocking the dimension of my Asterdam shawl are 190x65cm…
left yarn is: MC 55gr, CC1 6gr, CC2 (lilac) 15gr
The used yardage is:
MC - 580m
CC1 - 376m
CC2 - 340m
