Such enjoyable colourwork. I would like to knit more of Junko Okamoto. The yarn I used, hos jette Myk ull, is equivalent to Shetlands soft. hos jette Myk ull is discontinued, but the same yarn is available at Chamis.no as Mjuk. Equivalent yarns are also: Karmin supersoft, Malsen og Mor supersoft, Holst yarn etc.

I have one ball of almost all colours which were available in Desember 2015. Because my husband bought them for me as Christmas gift. The colours are so beautiful! Just looking at them make me happy and want to be creative.

Negative side of this, is having just one ball remit what one can knit. That is a reason why I knit multicolour version of Sister-cowl. I am very pleased with how it appeared.

Moderation:

  • Provitional cast on
  • grafted together both ends
  • used different colours of my own choice

Junkoさんの素敵なカウル。
クリスマスに旦那さんからもらったひと玉づつの 色鉛筆みたいな毛糸たちのスタッシュを減らす目的もあり、色合わせは自分の好きな糸で編みました。

  • trial: Using KnitPro bamboo US2 (3,25 mm) Ripped off. Difficult to keep good tention due to my poor skill. Bamboo needle might not suite for MYK ULL.

2.trial: Using Addi’s metal needle 3,0 mm.

Finished section 1. Looks Ok but it is going to be better after soaking in water, typical behaviour of Myk Ull which is Shetlands soft quality
