Notes

Did a whole rewrite of pattern to get the gauge on the machine- tension 0000 for the rib and 00 for the body

Gauge was 5.25 sts, 8.5 rows to an inch

Also need to make front and back in four pieces with a seam down the center since it’s too many sts for my machine. Should be interesting.

Did a crochet chain cast on- edging seems to be a little wonky with the 2x1 hand manipulated rib. Blocking helped but still not 100% pleased

Not alternating skeins. I want to be surprised :)

Got a great suggestion about how to do tubular cast on on a single bed machine- it worked! It’s great.
I did 3 needle bind off for the shoulders.
I did a reverse exposed seam for the center front, I might do the same for the center back.
It came out nice and tidy, thankfully!

Picked up the sleeves from the body and worked the 2x1 rib by hand for 7 rows on a size 3.

With us size 3 needles Picked up approximately 124 around the neck and k 6 rows on st st and bound off.

I am pleased for the most part with my pullover- definitely could not make a fingering weight oversized pullover by hand in 6 days- so that’s a plus. I had this yarn sitting on my shelf since 2013.
Not a fan of fingering weight knitting for sweaters
So I made a bunch of accessories with it. Luckily i saved enough yarn in my stash to make this lovely knit, with only a few yards to spare.

Learned a few new techniques too!
