This is a size Small and I wear a Medium, but back when I freelanced designs, I always tried to take photos of them before rushing them off to the magazine. You can see the original design sketch for it too.
It doesn’t show up well in photos, but the sleeve cuffs and collar are layers of big shells and chain swags that swing freely.

Once you get used to crocheting this “flag-type” yarn with a loose gauge, it’s fast and easy. It gives a fashionable look and most people think it’s not even crocheted.
