First Half:

R3: K to one before double stitch, Shadow wrap that stitch and turn.
R4: P to one before double stitch, Shadow wrap(p) that stitch and turn.
Repeat 3 and 4 until there are 5 double stitches and one single on each end of needle. There will be 10 stitches in the middle.
