Notes

3/15/08--All done and I’m very pleased with the top. Got the extra yarn and some nice buttons to finish her up. The Comfort turned out to be a good choice.

Need to get my notes to Sylvie soon. I enjoyed testing this pattern.

3/12/08--Bummer! Ran out of yarn just as I finished the shell portion. I’ll get some more tomorrow. I love the top, and I’m looking forward to finishing.

3/11/08--Working the shells. It’s looking cute.

3/11/08--I’m almost ready for the shells! It fits too. Decided not to use a contrasting color for the trim.

3/10/08--Moving right along. I have split off for the sleeves, and I’m working the decrease rows. I want to get to the shells! Still not sure about a contrast color.

3/9/08--Started testing the medium size. I fell in love with Sylvie’s Violaine, and answered the call to test crochet one.

I’m on gauge, and I like working with the Berroco Comfort. It’s pleasant to work with, and I like the softness and stitch definition. I’ve never test crocheted anything before, so I’m thinking and keeping notes as I go.

I’m still thinking about a contrast color or even if I’ll use one.
