I have a raging case of startitis, but this project has really caught my attention in a way the others haven’t!

Finished the back on Jan 25/11.

Finished the left front Jan 29/11.

Right front done Jan 30/11.

Both sleeves done Feb 3/11.

Hood and front facings done. Just need to sew on the sleeves and sew in the zipper. Actually, I also need to GET a zipper.

Finished Feb 6/11. Just needs a zipper.

I made a size 40 for myself as my actual chest measurement is 36” ‘round, I wanted some ease and my gauge was running a fricken (technical and precise term meaning not even half a stitch) to small. I had also heard that this pattern tends to run to small. This size fits me perfectly, with enough room for comfort but still fitted enough for style. It came out perfectly. I could have made the arms a smidge (again, technical term meaning in the vicinity of an inch or two) shorter, but cuffs were meant for rolling up and next time I block it, I’ll block them shorter. I keep misjudging the length of my arms. Maybe paying attention to the actual measurements would help…..
