Contiguous method is fab! This was one of my reasons for making this project and so glad I did. It achieves a more tailored fit than raglan and I will continue with it in future projects.

SIZE: Other project notes point to me going with xs though the sizing suggests I would be s. Alpaca is known to stretch quite a lot. Also my gauge swatch suggested I was getting 1 less st per inch which would make the garment larger (wider)

YARNS
willow lane alpaca blend yarn with bamboo - 120 g dark grey, 90 g light grey. Not much information provided with this small farm yarn.
aslan trend invernal - 100 g angora blend

Just squeezed by with the dark gray yarn. I’ve reworked the final dark grey stripe section twice and still not happy. 2nd time with 4mm needles 4 x 1 mistake rib. Still rolls too much. 3rd go - 3 x 1 mistake rib keeping a firm grip on tension and sewn bind-off. Good enough. Hope that blocking might get out the bit of remaining roll at some time in future when I get around to it. For now I am wearing it.
