One thing I’ve noticed about the pamphlets compiled by Gloria Penning--and this is no shade on Ms. Penning, because collecting and making all these doilies was no small acheivement--but the pictures do the projects no justice. I’d overlooked this one forever because the yarnovers did not line up around the edge and I thought it looked sloppy, but I figured maybe I’d try to fix that on the fly. Turns out I didn’t have to ;-)
