#6 sna, unb 21s x 28r, wet blk 17s x 30r, mach wash and dry 18s x 31r. crazy how cotton gets wider and shorter with washings!

Am not worrying about the jog. I do not like the various “hacks” to avoid them. Am not carrying color either. Am using a surgeons knot to tie the ends together. Update knots are not going to hold. Will be weaving the ends in. Glad I did not cut them short after knotting.

Size 5/6 yrs. According to blocked gauge:
Body needs to be 47 rows to armscy bind off.
71 rows to neck.
88rows to front shoulder bind off
83 rows to back shoulder

06-24-2025 green/blue tank

This top will be for Abbott. I wasn’t crazy about the purple one, although I may still finish it. I don’t really like working with cotton or cotton blends…. They are so heavy.

Yarn is baby bee dk. 21s x 29r or 5.25s x 7.25r
pattern 18s x 30r or 4.5s x 7.5r
difference .75s and .25r per inch

co 128 (@ 5.25s/in is 25” chest), will follow for the 5/6

A couple of things I did:

I left live stitches on the front while I did the back and then Kitchener the seams. (I didn’t like how thick the seam was at the shoulder).

I also carried the yarn for both the green and the blue up the side and it turned out pretty nice if I do say so myself .
