Leg: 65 rows (16 pattern repeats)
Heel: 36st, 32 rows
Heel turn: Same as for largest size in book
Instep: 40st (+2 from gusset)
Gusset: Pick up 18st per side (total 90st circumference), decrease to 76st circumference
Foot length before toe: 20cm (16 pattern repeats)
Toe: (1dec + 1nondec)x7 + 6dec = 20 rows
