Gorgeous wee cardi with lashings of vintage charm. I adore the puff sleeves and the lace. So pretty but not at all twee, thanks to being made in lovely DK wool.

This was just bliss to knit: top down in one piece with integral button bands - so no seams, and no stitches to pick up! Yeah!

Ode to Doris was an extra pattern with a Red Riding Hood kids’ yarn club I joined last winter. It’s since been updated and expanded, with sizes from newborn to 10 years. I’ll definitely be buying a copy and making this one again.
