Followed the pattern as such but the final result ended up being too small for me. I think my row gauge was off. But it fits my mother instead :-)

Did the following modifications:

• No Italian cast-on, just a regular long-tail cast-on
• Had great difficulties switching to diagram B - I couldn’t figure out how diagrams A and B fitted together. Decided to continue with diagram A.
