I knitted these mini-mittens for the Mini-Mitten-Swatch in the Knit-Like-A-Latvian-Forum, but I gave the first pair to my wonderful Latvian Teacher at the language course in february in Greifswald.

So I had to knit them again…

I took the official LV100-logo, which is for the celebration of the Centennial Jubilee of Latvia, and charted it.

I had to use lithuanian yarn for the red part, as there was no lativan latvian-red yarn at hand ;=)
