For Chrissie, who chose this hand dyed yarn from Twinkknits.

The two skeins of yarn were slightly different - one lighter than the other, so I used the darker skein for the sock body and lighter skein for the cuff, heel and toe.

I started the 3 Leaves pattern from 52 Weeks of Socks by Laine, but I have a lot going on at the moment and couldn’t get the concentration for following the chart and adopting a new method (toe up). I frogged once after a few mistakes, then frogged again and did a plain sock (no parttern) instead.

To preserve the spiral pattern that has emerged in the yarn I have knit a straight tube and will then inserted an afterthoughtheel (first time doing this!)
