I cobbled together several patterns to make an adult sized “Apple Beanie”.

  • The idea was inspired by the Apple Beanie by Heather Pelletier which is only available in baby and children’s sizes.
  • I used the Perfect Worsted Hat by Tara Marie in the women’s size for the basic beanie portion but instead of closing off at the crown I changed to brown and knit a 6 stitch stem of about 2”.
  • I then used the Easy Knitted Leaf for the final touch.
