Notes

  • Per my notes from the other times I have knit this hat (so far 10 times) I add a mod of reducing the crown a little quicker, and eliminating the “plain knit” round after K6, K2tog. I reduced at every row after that point. This cut back on the slight “point ” on the top from the first few times I knit this hat.

  • Ingenious Pattern; such a cozy, functional, attractive knit - worth trying out!

  • Perfect Pattern for one skein of Wool-ease, a great result!

  • For the annual drive for Christmas at Sea.

  • Personal Goal of 10 hats, “Wheat” is #10. Now that I met my goal (9.1.14) I decided to go for a Baker’s Dozen.
