Mods:

• Adding eyelet rows at color changes:

  K1 (yo, k2tog) for eyelet rows between color changes

• When the color is changing on you mid-row, just keep going and do the eyelet in the next row.

• Picot bind off: cast on 2 (using knitted cast on), bind off 5. Debating adding beads to bind-off…decided yes!

• Beaded Picot Bind-Off: * Cast on 2 sts using knitted cast-on. K2tog tbl, place bead on next stitch before knitting it, K1. Pass first stitch over beaded stitch. Bind off two sts. Pass stitch on right needle back to left needle. Repeat from * until there are no sts remaining.

• Decided to add beads to the picot bind-off.
  Used 2/0 Czech Glass E-Beads in White Mix. Used 81 beads.

• Another in a series of easy to knit projects that I can carry with me for medical appointments, tests and chemo sessions for my husband, recently diagnosed. Knitting is also a good conversation starter in many of these settings, I have learned! This was with me for Chemo session #5.

• I am liking knitting the Mandala yarn so much more in this project than my last one here. Not sure if colorways are different in texture or perhaps each skein can have a slightly different feel.
