So lovely to knit!
The fact that the cardigan is made of several small pieces makes it an ideal project while travelling.
I made the following changes:

• Instead of sewing the pieces together, I chose to pick up stitches along the edges and made a visible three needle bind off in a contrasting colour (’Clara’ of Manos del Uruguay in a bright yellow colour).
• When the cardigan was finished far enough that I could try it on, it got obvious that it was too short. I added some length at the bottom (same colour and same pattern as back and front).
• I attached a yellow icord around all open edges.
