Very easy pattern to memorize. Would make great travel knitting.

Made a few mods so the sock would fit better:

Cast on 72 to fit calf. Since every 6th stitch is slipped on the majority of the rows, it’s similar to a 60 stitch sock.

Made a tiny gusset after the short-row heel in order to decrease the number of foot stitches to 64.

Began the toe decreases at the beginning of the last “cell” to avoid the baggy toe.
