Not going to be a blanket, but a Halloween costume.

Brown?

Starting by making 24 red hexagons while I wait until payday to buy brown yarn.

Only need 16 total while hexes, probably 4-8 halves but the sleeve are already a bit long.

Finished one sleeve 10/6

Finished up through brown parts of other 8 pieces 10/7

2/7 orange parts done then onto joining them.

• Made 19 red hexagons from 1 ball.

10/8 finished the motifs and sewed in the ends. Now just have to join.

10/14 - sleeves are blocked and ready to go. Got a white jean jacket but after washing it might be a tad bit too small and got black lines on it in the washer somehow. Washing it again and will dye blue and see what happens.

Blue square is done, still need to do the keyhole and block it.

• add the blue for the keyhole (winter night)
• used a little over 1 skein of the Solstice heather for the square motif

10/15
After sewing in a set-in sleeve, the armpit is too tight unless I rip out the section I doubled to shorten it. Getting a larger jacket in the mail Monday to dye and try, otherwise will shelve this idea and move onto the cardigan.
