Want to start a new knitting project but nervous about doing it on your own? In this class get the extra help you need to improve your techniques. This class is project-based; you pick the project you want to work on and the instructor will help guide you through the entire process. Topics include: measuring for gauge, reading patterns, shaping.

SWEATER WORKSHOP CLASS
(Five 2-hour sessions, every other week)
This is no ordinary class – you will learn how to adjust the fit of a pattern to your own specific shape and the best means for finishing your project too. You pick the project and the yarn and the instructor will help you create that perfect sweater you’ve been longing for. Topics include: measuring for gauge, altering a pattern, shaping, finishing.

HAPPY SOCK CLASS
(Four 2-hour sessions)
Do socks scare you? Don’t be afraid! If you can cast-on, knit, and purl, you can learn to make socks in just one month . Make them for you or to warm your loved ones feet. Topics include: working in the round, shaping in socks. Familiarity with working in the round is a plus, but is not required.
