There are 3 buildings (Alta Fabric Shop, Okadaya Head Shop Fabric House, and Okadaya Head Shop Supply House). The knitting yarns and knitting machines are at the 6th floor of the Supply House.
There is free wifi.
If you’re a tourist, don’t forget to claim your tax refund at the Okadaya Head Shop Fabric House 1st floor. Present your passport, the purchased goods, and the receipt. (According to the store manager I spoke to on 16 June 2025, they are no longer doing tax refunds.)
