If a yarn pills immediately, stretches into sadness, or looks good only under fluorescent lights, it doesn’t make the cut.

The same goes for tools. These are things meant to be used, not babied. If it doesn’t feel right in the hand or hold up to real work, it’s not on the shelf.

Some projects start the moment you get home. Others start with a few skeins on the table, a tool in your hand, and a frank conversation about what’s realistic. Both are fine. Pretending a project will magically behave is where trouble begins.
