Crochet: Beanie, Toque
This beanie is snug on the head so if you don’t like a snug beanie I might suggest adding an additional increase round.
Crochet: Cowl
This pattern can be easily adjusted in size by increasing or decreasing beginning chains and rows. Just make sure you use an odd amount of beginning chains.
Crochet: Pet Toys
This pattern was written with a smaller dog/chihuahua in mind as I have nine of them. However my cat took to it faster as seen in my photo haha.
Crochet: Beanie, Toque
Instead of cutting the yarn after each round I carried it down the rows inside the hat. I chose to do this because of the multiple color changes. This is totally up to you.
Crochet: Cowl
You can change the size of this pattern easily. Just increase or decrease the beginning amount of chains. Just make sure that you chain an odd amount because you will start your pattern in the second chain from your hook leaving you with an even amount of stitches.
Crochet: Legwarmers
When I made these I was hoping they would fit me, but they didn’t. I have 16 inch calves. As seen in the picture they are to tight on my calves for comfortable wear. So I assumed they would fit 14-15 inches more comfortably.
Crochet: Beanie, Toque
You will work the crown of the beanie in rounds. When you get to the body of the beanie you will still be working in rounds but you will be turning at the end of each round.
Crochet: Beanie, Toque
With this beanie the crown requires two additional rounds past the required measurement. This is because the first pattern round curls the beanie down.
Crochet: Cleaning - Other
These are worked in cotton yarn as it’s better for cleaning.
Crochet: Beanie, Toque
The body of this beanie is worked in rows, and then the crown is added.
Crochet: Beanie, Toque
This beanie requires two extra crown rounds as the stitch used curls the last two crown rounds down, and makes the crown/circumference shrink.
Crochet: Beanie, Toque
This beanie is made using the Jacobs ladder stitch. I’m including a link here to show how the ladder portion is made for those who have never used this stitch before.
Crochet: Beanie, Toque
The star on top of the beanie is not one of my own design. So I didn’t include the pattern in my PDF so I wasn’t selling another artists pattern. Therefore I am putting the link to the star pattern I used here in the notes. I used the hook that was called for in the pattern, and Red Heart Super Saver in Gold.
Crochet: Beanie, Toque
I made this beanie with pooling yarn. My beanie came out with a slanted/diagonal effect. I can’t guarantee that yours will turn out the same way, but it’s definitely possible. I started my magic circle at the beginning of a color.
Crochet: Beanie, Toque
I’ve created this pattern to go alongside the girls strawberry bubblegum beanie.
Crochet: Afghan block
My finished motif measures 5 3/4 inches across from one of the points to the opposite edge. I only used I love this yarn for the purple round because I didn’t have any red heart available in my stash of the color purple.
Crochet: Beanie, Toque
This pattern is intermediate because of the stitch used. It’s not considered a “basic stitch” to put it in the easy category, and that’s why I labeled it intermediate.
Crochet: Beanie, Toque
I labeled this as easy, but it does require working into the third loop of your stitches. However I did include a picture to show where the third loop is located for those who have never worked into the third loop of a stitch before.
Crochet: Beanie, Toque
I used approximately 1/4 skein of each color to complete this beanie.
Crochet: Beanie, Toque
Gauge: One completed African flower should measure 6.5 inches across.
Crochet: Beanie, Toque
Adding a pom pom to the top of this beanie also looks nice.
