This hat was inspired by my son’s last minute thinking of stuff he wants for Christmas in knit form. So, you know, a week before Christmas. Gloves weren’t going to happen but I was willing to knit him a hat. This was modeled after a picture in a catalog of a hat he showed me that he liked.

This is a beautiful beanie pattern in a three by one rib with a fun but quick crown decrease.
