This fits my teenage daughter as well as my husband, who wears an XL hat. The bulky yarn is soft enough to be comfortable but stiff enough to allow it to stand on its own as a decorative Christmas tree. I used every bit of the 88 yards in the skein.

This is an easy washcloth that includes directions for making it larger so it can be a dishcloth. If you can cast on, knit, purl, and cast off, you can make this!

This is a great introduction to lace for beginning knitters. The only stitches required beyond knit and purl are yarn over (YO), slip slip knit (SSK), and knit two together (K2tog).
