I made this monstrosity to use up extra yarn from another project. It looks like you’re wearing a pair of pants from the 70s around your neck, but it’s cozy and massive! And of course you can change the colors to whatever you want.

By working one color from the inside of the whirl cake and one color from the outside, this scarf works up in a fun zig-zag design, ending with a solid block of color where the two meet.

I created this blanket pattern to capture the spirit of Hanukkah as the Festival of Lights – bright colors, the candlelight of the menorah, and spinning dreidels.
