Crochet: Scarf
I knew as soon as I saw Schitt’s Creek yarn I needed to make something inspired by Alexis - it had to have diamonds and it had to be bold so this scarf is 9 feet long! Because it’s made in individual pieces and seamed it can be customised to any length. I used slightly less than one skein of each colour.
Crochet: Shawl / Wrap
This is a fun pocket shawl using the cat stitch that is relatively simple but you must be familiar with double crochet and half double crochet along with front and back post double crochet. Gauge isn’t important - and measurements are included. At least two colours of yarn need to be used.
Crochet: Cowl
This is a companion scarf for my Starlit Night Fingerless Gloves using the star stitch. The pattern includes instructions for both Super Bulky and Bulky weight yarn
Crochet: Fingerless Gloves
This pattern is for a medium fingerless glove. It uses the star stitch and woven shell stitch but there are written instructions for both.
Crochet: Placemat
I made this to complement my tiny octopus tea cozy but I also really wanted to evoke the look of an old-fashioned braided rug. I made this with less than one Bernat Pop skein in the Ebony and Ivory colour – I don’t have exact yardage
Crochet: Coffee / Tea Pot
This is a cozy for a very small teapot. It was a stash buster so I’m unsure of yardage - but it was less than a skein of the Bernat Pop. Size is more important than guage so there 8s no guage provided
Crochet: Cup / Mug
This was a stash buster project so I used green and pink yarn that I had lying around. The pink is probably not the pink I would have chosen if I was buying yarn specifically for this project. Both came from different Bernat Pop Cakes – Medium weight (4). A total of 18 grams was used (16 for the bulk of the pod and 2 for the final round) I used...
Crochet: Scarf
I used Bernat Softee Chunky Super Bulky Clay (for the scarf part) and Limelight (for the head part).
