This is a new and improved design of the Lacy V Shopping Bag I designed in 2008. The entire bag is made in the round; no sewing needed.

Two base sizes and three stripe combination charts so that you can create many different looks.

Bag as pictured was made with DK weight yarn. Any weight yarn can be used but will affect the size of the finished bag.

10-1-08 I have corrected the pattern on my website, but the word row needs to be removed from this section of Rnds 4-7, “work 1 sc across to ch 2 space; work row 1 sc, ch 2, 1 sc”

525 yds. main color and 140 yds. second color needed for striped bag.
