Crochet: Beanie, Toque
Use roughly 3 ounces of each green and yellow yarn to make this baby hat. Or try a white/orange/brown variegated instead of the yellow to make “Indian Corn!”
Crochet: Poncho
This poncho pattern is triangles inside squares! Textured triangles can be in front or over point down your shoulders. The white model used 5 skeins of 100 Pure Wool in single-ply worsted weight merino. The black was with Red Heart Super Saver - I think it was 3 skeins.
Crochet: Cape
This pattern doesn’t give specifics on how much yarn is required, because it is very variable.
Crochet: Cloche Hat
This hat was inspired by the white single-petal lillies that were in my yard on the Central Coast of California. It looks like the flower when you turn it over like a teacup, but on your head it’s a unique cloche!
Crochet: Cloche Hat
This hat fits snuggly over the top of head and ears, then it “blooms” around your face in large petals. I recommend the red heart yarn because the little bit of stiffness allows for petals that curl firmly.
Crochet: Shawl / Wrap
Rectangle shawl with zig-zagging ribs. I recommend the Noro wool for the long beautiful color changes!
Crochet: Beanie, Toque
This hat is bulbous on top, snug around the ears, and flares into small petals around your face!
