Finished size is approximately 16 x 24 in. (40 x 65 cm).

I include instructions for an easier foundation row than the usual chain-and-count. The sc. round at the end will stabilize the edges and lay a foundation for a decorative edge.

There are no special or tricky stitches in this pattern. I crochet very tight, so I have suggested the size B hook for those who enjoy working more loosely. The special technique here is double-strand crochet. The second, glow-in-the-dark strand I use is embroidery thread and is so small it should not effect hook size.

This pattern can be done with any size yarn or hook! It makes a great altar cloth or wall hanging. I have included an easy technique of my own for making your foundation row.
