I wanted to create a blanket for my first born during my nesting phase, and let’s get real, the nesting phase started early for me. I found myself upset that my baby would not get the same loving quilt that I received from my grandma, so I took it into my own hands to create a knit blanket I hope she will love.

This pattern is a great introduction to double brim beanies/toques. It is an easy addition to other beanie patterns and adds a level of warmth to those ears.
