Extra warm if you line it with fleece. The second time I made this, I lined it with black fleece sewn in using the red yarn- I separated it and used two on the three strands it was made of.

This hat is very stretchy, so it should fit many sizes.. however, if you want to knit a different size, just cast on a multiple of 6!
